Title:Elizabeth and Zechariah
Notes:

After John the Baptist is born, Elizabeth and Zechariah talk together about his future. Elizabeth tells that his name must be John, even though there is no tradition of that name in their family. Zechariah, made silent by the angel who foretold Elizabeth's pregnancy late in life, now speaks to Elizabeth and to the babe. His words ring with prophetic foretelling of the adventist role that John will play, preparing the world for Christ's ministry.

The stained glass windows of Bourges Cathedral are among the most beautiful and well-preserved in France. Demonstrating the height of technical accomplishment by the glass colorists and glaziers, the story of Christ's life comes alive.
