World dataBank: African Development Indicators (ADI) Includes over 1,600 indicators, covering 53 African countries and spanning the period 1961 to 2008. Data include social, economic, financial, natural resources, infrastructure, governance, partnership, and environmental indicators.

Produced by the World Bank, World Development Indicators provides direct access to more than 500 development indicators, with time series for more than 200 countries and 18 country groups.
