I was invited to make an art for @semana.da.esperanca. We are in Yellow September. Mental health awareness month. I have several friends who are dealing with depression today or who have crossed this deep lake. It's not easy. I like that gesture of holding hands. “I want to take your hands, I'll look for it wherever I go...” I've had many moments when it was all that was possible to do, but doing this gestural waiting was remarkable for me. I leave this gesture to you too. “I want to hold your hand. I know it's hard. Breathe, I'll breathe with you. Feel the air fill your lungs, feel the air go in and out. Feel your hand inside mine, because I am there. Your soul is troubled, but your hands can lodge in mine. Your heart is cold, but our palms together feel warm. Your mind is clouded, but fix your eyes on my fingers, they're small and simple and they fit yours. Now, I want to tell you about the love I found. Infinite and abundant.”#weekly hope #weekly hope #yellow september #yellow september

Estamos no Setembro Amarelo. Infinito e abundante.”#semanadaesperança #semanadaesperanca #setembroamarelo#setembroamarelo
